After twenty-five years working under the auspices of the Department of Public Health and the Community Health Agency, the Media Production Unit has joined the Riverside County Human Resources Department.
Peter Coonradt and Meta Berkebile will continue producing videos for all County departments. Proposals for new projects are welcome.
The Media Unit will remain in its studio in the Health Administration Building until its new facility on Spruce Street is completed, hopefully by the end of summer. The new studio will feature High Definition camcorders and editing gear, and a production stage with dressing room and make-up area.
Stay tuned for the announcement of the grand opening. In the meantime, the Unit is maintaining its full schedule of broadcast quality productions.

Peter Coonradt and Meta Berkebile both received "Above and Beyond" ABBEY Awards for their work on the SART (Substance Abuse Referral and Treatment) program of Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Services. The program is reaching a variety of medical professionals regarding counseling pregnant women about the dangers of drug use.
